Support Local: Take-out/Delivery Service & Online Shopping on Cape Ann
June 19, 2020 / Food and Drink, Good to Know, In The NewsAs we all know by now, in an effort to combat Coronavirus, Governor Baker has imposed restraints on restaurants as part of the social distancing measures. As Gloucester and Cape Ann gradually reopens according to the State’s Phased Reopening Plan, many restaurants are providing take-out and delivery, if they are able, some with limited or special menus.
In collaboration with the Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce and Discover Gloucester, we have compiled a list of businesses that are providing take-out and delivery services. Click HERE for the latest TAKE-OUT LIST.
During this most challenging time, we ask that you patronize your local neighbors and friends. Additionally, we ask that you share this list so that we can collectively get this information out to our friends, colleagues, locals and visitors alike.
Here are some other creative ways to help support our local businesses.
Shop online: Many businesses have online shopping available to customers with options shipping, delivery, and curbside pick-up. Click on the link for the latest RETAILERS LIST.
Live streaming and video conferencing: Several businesses are hosting classes and seminars from exercise to art and more through a variety of live streaming and conferencing services such as Zoom, FB Live, Instagram Live, and Skype.
