Join Chrissy Vaccaro for a meditative journey as the moon enters its new phase in the sign of Leo. The fire of Leo ignites our passion, creativity, and desire to activate change in our lives.
This practice will combine gentle flow, restorative yoga, guided meditation, and group distance reiki to support your body, mind, and spirit at the beginning of this lunar cycle. The new moon is a wonderful time to set intentions, plant seeds to cultivate, and to explore a fresh perspective.
