Lanes Coven presents As You Like it at Windhover Center for the Performing Arts

After quietly building one of North Shore’s fastest-rising independent classical theater companies, Lanes Coven returns this summer with Shakespeare’s As You Like It, exploring contemporary systems of power and chosen community, outdoors at the Windhover Performing Arts Center, 257R Granite Street in Rockport; from July 10th – August 2nd. Adapted & Directed by M. Graham Smith, this version emphasizes the autocratic dystopia of the court, heightening the play’s movement away from social constraint towards restoration and resistance.
