At their passing in 1989 and 1993, respectively, the Misses Aimée and Rosamond Lamb bequeathed their family archive to the Boston Athenaeum, including a group of letters they and their mother Annie had received from their cousin, T. S. Eliot, writing mostly from England, from the 1930s until shortly before his death in 1965. Every Tuesday From May 3 through October 25th
In keeping with John Hays Hammond, Jr’s original vision for his seaside castle-home to serve as a museum offering the Gloucester community access to ancient works of architectural art, Hammond Castle Museum will offer Gloucester residents free, self-guided tours each Tuesday throughout the regular season which runs through the end of October.
