Discover Gloucester Event Calendar — Submission Terms & Conditions
Eligibility - All Gloucester-based businesses and organizations are welcome to submit events to the Discover Gloucester event calendar. Businesses located outside of Gloucester must be active advertising partners with Discover Gloucester to access the calendar.
Required Information - To ensure timely approval, all submissions must include the following:
Event title
Date and time
Location
Event photo
Website or link for more information
Submissions missing any required fields will not be approved until complete information is provided.
Approval Process - Events are reviewed and approved once daily, Monday through Friday, excluding recognized public holidays. We recommend submitting events well in advance of the event date to allow sufficient time for review and publication. Discover Gloucester reviews submissions for completeness but is not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the submitter.
Making Changes - If an event has already been published and requires updates or corrections, please contact us directly rather than submitting a new listing. Duplicate submissions for the same event will not be approved.
Calendar Guidelines - This calendar is intended for specific, one-time or limited-run public events only. The following submissions are not eligible:
Regular hours of operation or ongoing services
Regularly scheduled tours or recurring programming without a specific promotional focus
Resident-only events, private gatherings, or internal meetings
Business-to-business (B2B) events
Member-only events or activities requiring a membership to attend
All events must be visitor-friendly and open to the general public.
