New Online Non-Resident Beach Parking Reservations for Good Harbor Beach, Wingaersheek Beach, Stage Fort Park.

The City of Gloucester’s non-resident beach parking reservation system is now open! The City will be utilizing Blinkay, a beach parking reservation system, for non-resident beachgoers. Reservations can be made up 10 days in advance on the Blinkay mobile app or Blinkay website. Reservations are required for non-resident parking at Good Harbor Beach, Wingaersheek Beach, and Stage Fort Park starting Memorial Day Weekend.

Reservations are non-refundable, and cash will no longer be accepted at the gate for parking. Reservations are required starting Saturday, May 27, 2023.

Good Harbor Beach
Passenger car, SUV, minivan, 8am-3pm: $30 weekdays, $35 weekends/holidays
Passenger car, SUV, minivan, 3pm-5pm: $20 weekdays, $25 weekends/holidays
Motorcycles: $5 weekdays; $10 weekends/holidays
Buses are prohibited from the parking lot and any large groups must receive a permit ($25 per permit).

Wingaersheek Beach
Passenger car, SUV, minivan, 8am-3pm: $30 weekdays, $35 weekends/holidays
Passenger car, SUV, minivan, 3pm-5pm: $20 weekdays, $25 weekends/holidays
Motorcycles: $5 weekdays; $10 weekends/holidays
Buses: Allowed only during weekdays at a rate of $45 per bus to park. Buses are not allowed to drop off groups and park elsewhere without first paying the parking fee.
Groups: All groups attending must make a reservation and receive a permit (fee is $25 per permit) before arriving.

Stage Fort Park
Passenger car, SUV, minivan: $20 weekdays, $25 weekends/holidays
Motorcycles: $5 weekdays, $10 weekends/holidays

Seasonal Sticker Sales

Residents can now purchase their 2023 Resident Beach Sticker through the online portal or in person.

In-person sales will start on Monday, May 22nd at 8:30AM and will be done at the Children’s Library at the Sawyer Free Library (2 Dale Avenue).

You must bring your registration and must pay by check. Checks should be made out to the City of Gloucester.

You will enter from the lower entrance and begin the application on a laptop in the Children’s Library. Once you enter your information and vehicle information on the laptop, you will bring your documents to be verified by staff and then pay. Staff will be available for technical support if someone should need some help.

Paper applications will not be accepted via the mail or in person, and all applications must be completed through the online platform.

Below are the hours:
➡ Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:30AM – 3:30PM
➡ Friday: 8:30AM – 12:30PM

Reminder, the City will use fixed license plate reader cameras at the gates to verify the beach sticker and associated license plate. So your resident beach parking sticker will not have your license plate written on it. Please contact bsticker@gloucester-ma.gov or 978-325-5157 with questions.

Non-Resident Stickers: The City is not selling non-resident stickers this season. Reservations can be purchased through the online parking reservation system, Blinkay, for Good Harbor Beach, Wingaersheek Beach, and Stage Fort Park.
