The Amend Bish Gallery, at 51 Rear Main Street, Gloucester, opened in 2023. It features the work of Elizabeth Bish and Tom Amend who met in France at a painting workshop and have been painting together ever since.
Tom Amend’s work is predominately landscape from near and far including beautiful Provence, their favorite painting destination, along with iconic Gloucester, the Catskills, and the rocky shores of Maine. Elizabeth Bish paints landscapes, interior scenes, still life, portraits, and abstractions, especially abstracting what she observes in nature.
The gallery is open Wednesday through Thursday 3:00 to 6:00 or by appointment.
